Wigan Athletic fan Jamie Hesketh speaks to Rob Wildey ahead of their trip to St. Andrews tomorrow.

WHAT IS YOUR OPINION OF WARREN JOYCE?

He`s struggling a bit. He was an excellent reserve team coach at Manchester United and was rightly given a chance. Health issues seem to have got the better of him for now though and Graham Barrow and Andy Welsh will be in temporary charge until Joyce recovers fully.

WHAT IS THE EXPECTATIONS FOR WIGAN THIS SEASON?

Survival is the only aim. We`re second from bottom with a four point deficit on safety and with 11 games left, it`s not a nice position to be in. Saying that, 11 games is enough to get us out of trouble. But we must find some consistency.

DO YOU THINK WIGAN WILL BE RETURNING TO LEAGUE ONE?

I`m really not sure at the moment, I hope not. We have some good players and when we`re at the races, we`re not a bad team. We just struggle to get any sort of run going and now we are where we are. My fear is that some of the teams directly above the relegation zone will have just about enough to scrape points together at our expense.

BACK IN AUGUST, A LAST GASP CRAIG DAVIES GOAL RESCUED A POINT FOR WIGAN AGAINST BIRMINGHAM, ARE YOU EXPECTING THE SAME AGAIN?

To be honest, I look at Birmingham`s form under Zola and I have a feeling we can win the game. If we sit back and frustrate Birmingham, nick the first goal, the fans may grow restless and start getting on their back. A point would be nice, three would be even better!

IF YOU COULD SIGN ONE BIRMINGHAM PLAYER FOR THE WIGAN SQUAD, WHO WOULD IT BE AND WHY>

Chieck Keita. I`ve watched him a few times since he signed for Birmingham in January and some of his skills are incredible. He is so entertaining and so raw, he has a massive future ahead of him.

WHAT IS YOUR PREDICTION FOR THE GAME?

I`m fairly confident for a change, a scrappy 1-0 to Wigan.
