Rob Wildey speaks to Forest fan, and season ticket holder, Lee Adams ahead of tomorrow’s clash at St. Andrews.

SINCE WE LAST SPOKE, HAS YOUR OPINION OF PHILLIPPE MONTANIER CHANGED?

Yes, unfortunately not for the better. I am all up for giving a manager time but some of his tactics and team selections are baffling – as well as having poor control over the teams overall discipline. Injuries haven`t helped but that can never be used as an excuse and that is why you build a squad. His reluctance to give Ben Brereton a run out last Saturday in the FA Cup was a big disappointment too.

ARE HIS MANAGERIAL STRUGGLES DOWN TO THE OWNERSHIP SITUATION, OR IS HE A BAD MANAGER?

A bit of both. However, bad management cannot all be put down to off the field matters. Although some of the signings that were made were not his choice of signings but that of Pedro Pereira the former Director of Football who was bought in under the previous prospective new owners before that eventually fell through.

WHAT ARE THE EXPECTATIONS OF THE FORTHCOMING NEW OWNERS?

Survival and nothing more this season. Following on from that, to stabilise the club – not just on the pitch but off it. Our club is in a right mess at the minute stemming from the ticket office, catering and the club shop, to the accounts. We have become a bit of a laughing stock.

WOULD YOU LIKE GARY ROWETT AS YOUR NEW MANAGER?

I think every Forest fan would. He has been bought in to other clubs in similar circumstances and excelled?even though he is a former Ram.

WHICH FOREST PLAYER SHOULD BLUES BE WARY OF?

It`s difficult to say at the moment as we don`t have a “one-to-watch” as such. Hildeberto, when on form, can be the difference and of course if Britt Amssombalonga is fit he is always likely to score.

IF YOU COULD SIGN ONE BIRMINGHAM PLAYER FOR THE FOREST SQUAD, WHO WOULD IT BE AND WHY?

Any central midfielder who can create chances. By playing one up front, which we always seem to do, you need that vital thread between midfield and attack. We just don`t have that.

IS SURVIVAL THE SOLE AIM FOR FOREST THIS SEASON?

Yes – and beating Derby at home.

YOU BEAT US COMOFRTABLY AT THE CITY GROUND EARLIER ON THIS SEASON, ARE YOU EXPECTING THE SAME OUTCOME AGAIN THIS WEEKEND?

No. With Gianfranco Zola yet to win, he is bound to at some point. Don`t get excited if you beat us, though but be even more worried if you don`t score. One clean sheet all season speaks volumes.

WHAT IS YOUR PREDICTION FOR THE GAME?

A 2-1 defeat for Forest. I am realistic but also it worked in our favour when I predicted it earlier in the season so I`ll hope for the same again.
