Vital Blues co-editor Rob Wildey speaks to Lee Jackson, a Burton Albion fan.

What is your opinion of Nigel Clough

Cloughy has done a magnificent job for us, if he keeps us in the Championship, it`ll be a bigger achievement than getting there in the first place. He`s continued the positive work done by Gary Rowett and Jimmy Floyd-Hasselbaink – we are quite lucky in a way that every managerial appointment in recent years seems to have been the right one.

Can Burton defy the odds and stay up this season?

In short, yes. But we have not won in our last three games – with four games remaining, the rot has to be stopped. We are two points ahead of the bottom three, four or six points should be enough, but that is easier said than done considering we have games against Birmingham, Leeds, Barnsley and Reading still to play.

How big is the game at Birmingham tomorrow?

Massive. By winning, we not only claw our way towards safety but also drag Birmingham right into it. It`s a ‘six pointer` if ever there was one.

If you had to sign one Birmingham player for the Burton squad, who would it be and why?

Jacques Maghoma was a good player for us – he was hard working, quick and direct, I wouldn`t mind him back. I also rate David Davis highly – he is the sort of ball winning midfielder I like, big, strong and athletic.

What is your prediction for the game?

I am quietly optimistic of gaining a point which could be a vital point. 1-1.
