The Birmingham Mail online are reporting that Birmingham City have made an enquiry for highly sought after League One striker Tom Bradshaw.

This isn’t the first time that Blues have been linked with the Welsh international, with the club reportedly being interested in his services last summer, but now there looks like there is solid interest in the forward who has scored 40 goals in the last two seasons for Walsall.

However, the Mail are also reporting that Gary Rowett’s side aren’t the only club who are interested in the 23-year-old. The likes of Rangers and Barnsley are also believed that have made enquiries and the Scottish Daily Record are reporting that Bradshaw looks likely to be on his way out of the Banks’ stadium this summer.

The initial thought is that there has only been an enquiry made about his availability and should there be some movement in the Walsall camp then it is likely that a bidding frenzy may begin, with Blues possibly being at the front of the line.

At 23, Bradshaw is a perfect striker for Birmingham City and he is one that we here at Vital Birmingham have highlighted on several occasions as somebody who fits the bill perfectly.

The League One side were on the wrong side of a thumping in the play-off semi-finals last month and because of that, it now looks like the could be set to lose one of their most prized assets.
