Duffy’s a Blade. Novak Almost a Shrew.

Former Blues winger Mark Duffy has completed a move to Sheffield United. The 30 year-old was on loan at Burton Albion last season and helped them to promotion to the Championship.

Burton opted not to make the move permanent which paved the way for his two year deal at Brammall Lane.

Meanwhile, Lee Novak is in talks with Shrewsbury Town. The striker scored 15 goals in 38 games whilst on loan at Chesterfield last season and has attracted interest from a host of League One clubs.

However, Shrewsbury are understood to be close to agreeing a deal with the 27 year-old.
