Garry Monk’s assistant Pep Clotet has praised everyone involved with keeping the club in the Championship this season.
The Spaniard, who worked with the manager at Swansea City and Leeds United, said the management team backed themselves to get the Blues out of trouble:
When we came in, some said it was an impossible challenge, a bold move, just a dream … But you have to be brave in the world of football. We always trust in what we do! Ever grateful to the players & Bluenoses for being a big part of this! We've done it again, @GarryMonk! #KRO pic.twitter.com/iAvuo95Ipu

Verdict:
The change in atmosphere since Monk’s arrival in March was almost immediate. The manager and his backroom staff have given the club some much-needed stability, and it’s clear they have a plan unlike their predecessors in the role.
We shouldn’t get too carried away though. They have done a great job getting us out of trouble, but I want to see how they perform in the transfer market, and how they start next season before making any sweeping judgements.
There is no doubt a good feeling around the club, and hopefully, with the right recruits, we can push on to get ourselves back fighting at the right end of the table.
