Birmingham City have today loaned under 23s defender Dan Scarr to Wycombe Wanderers on a standard loan deal until January 1st.

The 22-year-old joined the club in January from non-league side Stourbridge and has been a regular feature in the development squad under the watchful eye of Richard Beale.

Upon signing for Blues, he was handed a two-and-a-half-year deal meaning that the club see him as someone for the future.

He is the second play to depart Blues on deadline day after Robert Tesche went back to Germany for the season.

Good luck Dan.

  • Yeah, good luck Dan,hope you return with plenty of experience under your belt, non league football is not to be scoffed at and a lot can be picked up on loan spells out like this one.Hopefully you will come back to us a better all round player who can challenge the regulars ( or no so regulars as Harry has bought a whole new team ).KRO
