Summer signing Nicolai Brock-Madsen hasn’t had the chance to show off what he is really about as of yet but Blues boss Gary Rowett has said that when the time comes, he is sure he will shine.

With the continuous form of star striker Clayton Donaldson keeping the Dane well out of the side, many Blues fans will be wondering when the £500,000 man will get his chance to impress the St.Andrews faithful.

Despite making a few substitute appearances, he hasn’t really been played in a game where Blues have been set up to play to his strengths, which are pace and aerial ability.

Former Burton Albion manager Rowett told Bcfc.com that when the time is right, Brock-Madsen will be given his chance and he is pleased with how he is settling into the club and the surrounding areas as well.

Rowett commented: ‘He’s been humble, he’s enjoying it and he’s settled into the city.

‘He’s a really good lad and I think he can certainly have an impact in the first team and we’ll see a lot more of him.’

Blues fans, would you like to see Brock-Madsen get a game from the first whistle? Do you think Rowett would ever change his winning side? Let us know in the comment section down below!
