Birmingham City winger David Cotterill is being linked with a deadline day move away from St Andrews with Championship rivals Bristol City leading the chase for his signature.
Reading and Cardiff are also said to be interested in the 29-year-old who has featured 25 times for Blues in the league this season, scoring just once.
Gianfranco Zola has recently brought in Turkish winger Kerim Frei to help bolster his attacking options, although a move away for the Welsh international would still leave Blues a little short in the wide areas.
