Collins John Deal Stalled?

Fulham are denying that a £3 million bid for strikers Collins John has been accepted.

A statement from Fulham read:

‘Following recent speculation regarding Collins John, the club would like to confirm that it has not accepted an offer for the transfer.

‘Collins remains a Fulham player and is currently involved in pre-season training in Devon, eager to fight for his starting position in the team’s line-up.’

So with Coventry unwilling to give up McSheffrey and Fulham adamant that no bid has been accepted where does that leave Bruce and his desire to sign more options?
