Birmingham manager Lee Clark is sniffing about around Scotland again, this time he is hoping to bring goalkeeper Darren Randolph back to England.

Randolph is currently with Motherwell, but his three year contract expires in the summer and Clark is very interested in bringing the 25 year old to St Andrews on a Bosman move.

Ex-Rangers trainee Andrew Shinnie was snapped up by Clark the other day as he looks to beef up his squad for next season on the cheap.

Clark feels that ex-Charlton keeper Randolf will be able to fill the boots of Jack Butland who moves to his parent club Stoke City in the summer.
