The case delay comes as the defence and prosecution counsels are due to work on other cases and they are going to clash with this case.

This means that Carson Yeung will enjoy another three months of living at home with no legal battle going on, sounds a bit ridiculous.

In the interests of the club this has gone on far too long, how long does Yeung and co expect the club to be able to survive without any financial backing at all? Birmingham have been remarkable to date considering the budget we have been on.

These further delays are likely to be met with disappointment by everyone involved with Birmingham and with the owners constantly playing around when ever there is a take-over bid, it is no wonder that apathy is sweeping the clubs fans when it comes to hope of a new owner.
