Birmingham owner CY has pleaded not guilty to money laundering charges in a Hong Cong court.
The amount is said to be around £60 million and his father is also involved in the charges. In response to the charges the defence team have moved to have the case thrown out. The reason that the case has taken so long to finally get to court is because the defence team had applied for extra time to prepare.
The allegations predate his involvement with Birmingham City Football Club.
