Gary Rowett revealed that Blues put balls into the box to beat Watford, knowing they haven’t been able to deal with that all season.
Well neither have Cardiff. Out of their last 9 conceded, 7 have come in the air and that should be welcome reading for the Blues team.
With David Cotterill’s wonderful ball delivery and both Donaldson and Thomas who are decent enough at headed goals, Blues could be a threat once again to the opposition.
It will be a tough game and I’m sure the manager will be urging his players to make sure they keep it controlled. Much like their previous games. But there is certainly a chance for Blues to worry the opposition.
Add that to Cardiff’s wobbling away form and all of a sudden this is looking like a game that is coming at the right time for Blues and the worst time for Cardiff.
In the opposition line up tomorrow may be a few familiar faces. Tom Adeyemi, Federico Macheda and Ravel Morrison all are rumored to be starting at St Andrews.
