Birmingham chief executive Karren Brady and chairman David Sullivan have said they will leave the club if Carson Yeung completes his proposed takeover.

The pair have been with the club since 1993, they helped the club out of receivership, building the club to its now estimated value of £82million.

Brady said: ‘It was a hard decision for me to make after so long but with the new change in ownership I feel the time will be right for me to move on.’
