Blues Youngster O’Shay Joins Middlesbrough On Loan

Middlesbrough have taken young winger James O`Shay on a month`s loan spell.

The Republic of Ireland under 21 international joined Blues from Galway United in the summer but ha only managed to make one appearance in the Birmingham first team so far.

‘Gordon McQueen knew of him before he went to Birmingham. He can play wide on either side of midfield and is more direct than what we’ve got here.’ Said Boro boss Gordon Strachan.
