Blues vs Norwich

Birmingham City take on Norwich at St Andrews on Saturday, Norwich are still deep in trouble despite winning their last two games while Blues need to keep up the pressure on Wolves and Reading.

Blues are boosted by the return to fitness of top goalscorer Kevin Phillips.

Phillips has spent the last month on the sidelines nursing a hamstring tear, but he returned to full training earlier this week, its down to the manager as to whether he makes the starting eleven or not.

Fellow striker Garry O’Connor came on for the final 25 minutes of Blues 2-0 win at Doncaster Rovers, he could again play some part in this one.

Liam Ridgewell returned from a thigh injury to start at the Keepmoat Stadium and will continue in the heart of defence against the Canaries, while full-back David Murphy is also back in contention following a similar complaint.

On-loan defender Djimi Traore remains the only long-term absentee.
