Birmingham welcome back David Murphy to the squad that goes to take on Doncaster Rovers tonight.

The left-back’s return from a one-match suspension is a Godsend for Chris Hughton who had to juggle his pack last Sunday against Cardiff.

Blues were already without Stephen Carr (knee) and Jonathan Spector (thigh).

Murphy will now take his usual position, with Peter Ramage on the opposite side of defence and Curtis Davies and Steven Caldwell at the heart.

Carr has been under the knife for treatment to a troublesome knee, its likely that he will miss the rest of the season.

Midfielder Keith Fahey missed out last weekend due to a knock sustained in the defeat at Portsmouth and he is again rated as very doubtful.
