Blues star signs new three-and-a-half-year deal

Birmingham City have today confirmed that diverse midfielder David Davis has signed a new long term contract with the club following speculation linking him with a move away from the club.

Announcing the extension on their official twitter page, Blues confirmed that the deal that the former Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder has signed is a three-year one.

Earlier in the transfer window, Davis was linked with a move to Nottingham Forest, Queens Park Rangers and Reading but the club have now been able to secure the services of the playmaker for the next three years.
