Blues set to win contract war?

Yesterday it came out that Peter Pannu of Birmingham City was exploring his options with his legal team, according to the Birmingham Mail today they found something.

McLeish signed a deal in September that put a termination clause onto them. Contracts cannot just end when a party feels like it, if one party wants to end it the other must be compensated, (please don`t contest that either its apart of my studies).

Having said that the price tag for McLeish is a reported £5.4million. Hopefully with that money we can fend off Brucey from buying Gardner.

Pannu received a reply to him email warning Villa of legal action, they rebuffed his claim and they seem to be calling his bluff, somehow I don’t think he`s bluffing.

It`s understood that McLeish`s lawyers were working with Birmingham yesterday, more than likely staking a defence, there’s always some way around the law so I guess this games just going to become one of those wait and see gigs.

Based on the fact the Blues camp are the most vocal of the three parties involved I imagine it`s because they are the most confident of the outcome.
