Blues Ready To Swoop For Bentley?

There is speculation this morning that Birmingham City are interested in signing David Bentley from Tottenham.

Reports say that Alex McLeish is ready to swoop for the highly talented 26 year old who is now out of favour at White Hart Lane.

Liverpool are also interested in the England international and are prepared to offer £6 million to get their man, but Blues are said to be willing to go to £8 million for the winger who cost Tottenham £17 million in 2008.
