Birmingham City take on another tough test today, this time in the form of promotion chasing Cardiff.
Blues are down the bottom of the table after a difficult start to their campaign. All is on the up now, though. Manager Gary Rowett has 4 points from his first two games.
Players like Andrew Shinnie, Clayton Donaldson and Darren Randolph have all stepped up their game for the new boss. As Blues look tough and confident.
Cardiff are suffering a slight blip on their radar. Slipping into the playoff places and losing 3-0 away to Bolton. The Reds will want three points today.
Lee Novak remains sidelined following his hamstring problem.
As we revealed yesterday, Cardiff are poor in the air at the back.
Donaldson may be able to strike again much like he did against Watford, late on.
Kenwyne Jones has travelled home after two of his family members were tragically killed.
Winger Anthony Pilkington returns to the squad. Dikgacoi remains out for 16 weeks.
Brought in to get the promotion goals, Le Fondre has no idea where his shooting boots are.
And will need to find them soon if Cardiff are to lift themselves to a better level.
