Sky Bet Championship side Birmingham City have announced that manager Gary Rowett has signed a new contract with the club.
It has also been confirmed that the backroom staff at St.Andrews have been rewarded with new deals.
The details of all the contracts are yet to be announced but with a new deal being signed it is believed that the new contract will be more than the previous 12 month rolling one.
Blues confirmed that the talks had been ongoing since the start of the season and they are relieved to get it over the line at last.
Acting director of the football club, Panos Pavlakis, commented: ‘Both the board of parent company Birmingham International Holdings Limited and the Birmingham City Football Club board acknowledge the excellent contribution of Gary and his backroom staff in the revival of the team.’
