On the 16th day of Carson Yeung’s Trial the defense team highlighted various areas of investigation where there were insufficient investigation and depth in the prosecutions arguement; all conceded by witness Roderick Sutton.
The defense has pointed to a lack of cooperation from the Hong Kong Attorney General in investigating and producing documents they had requested.
Insufficient evidence will lead to lesser sanctions on the Birmingham City owner should he be convicted.
