According to reports on the Daily Mail online, League One play-off winner Barnsley have made a second bid for Walsall striker Tom Bradshaw believed to be in the region of £350,000.

Earlier this month, the Birmingham Mail revealed that Blues had made an initial enquiry about the services of the striker who has scored 40 goals for the Saddlers in the last two seasons, but could Gary Rowett be about to lose out on yet another reported target.

The Daily Mail online are reporting in the same story that the Tykes previous bid of £250,000 was rejected hands down by the League One side, and it is expected that their second bid will also receive the same answer.

Walsall, who lost emphatically to Barnsley in the play-offs at the end of the 2015/16 season, value the services of Bradshaw at around £750,000, a figure that is sure to spark a bidding war for him in July, and with Rowett already having things in motion, could we see a move for the Welshman soon?

It is also believed that there is another championship club interested in Bradshaw and that side is Preston North End. However, yesterday, North End announced the signing of Eoin Doyle from Cardiff City for an undisclosed fee which could potentially end their interest in Bradshaw.
