‘Almost certain’,’ literally no point’: These Blues fans have questions after frustrating day

|

Let’s see how the young ones are doing.

The U23s carried on their league campaign yesterday afternoon with a 1-1 draw with Sheffield United at St Andrew’s.

The Blues took the lead just past the midway point of the second half, with a fine goal from a corner by Jack Concannon, only to be pegged back by a penalty with less than ten minutes to go.

There seemed to be two trains of thought coming out of the game. There were those who took the game for what it was, and took the opportunity to praise the team for their performances and goalscorer Concannon.

However, the rest of the conversation seemed to be surrounding who was, and for some people, who wasn’t playing. Whilst there were some fans who were starting to wonder when Josh McEachran might put pen to paper on a deal for the first team, there were some who pointed to the absence from the starting eleven of young goalkeeper Moha Ramos.

It looks like there are a couple of people who have fallen into my school of thought when it comes to Ramos. That being if you aren’t going to play him, why do we even have him?
