The 21 year old midfielder is on a season long loan from West Brom having signed for them from Dundee United 18 months ago.
Despite not playing for West Brom yet Scott Allan has played out on loan at Portsmouth and MK Dons. It seems that playing for Blues is going to be his biggest ask yet.
This signing comes as West Ham decided that Ravel Morrison had a role to play in their first team this coming season, leaving blues short staffed in that playmaker centre midfield role.
Here is what the Blues Boss had to say about Allan to the official site.
‘He can go past people and he can make a goal and score a goal. He also likes to get on the ball and make things happen. He can play in a wide area, but I`m predominantly bringing him in to be that attacking midfield player in behind the strikers.’
