If you’re the kind of person that isn’t a fan of speculation when it comes to who is going to be the next Blues boss, I’ll be honest, these next few weeks aren’t going to be pretty for you.
The latest name to have his name thrown into the discussion for the role is former Swansea City boss Michael Laudrup, with The Telegraph reporting that he is one of the names being considered for the role after Pep Clotet announced his departure on Monday.
The former Real Madrid, Barcelona, Juventus and Ajax man’s last venture in English football was a bit of a mixed bag, he led the Swans to a League Cup title and 9th in the table during his first season in charge before being sacked in his second season after a string of poor results left them precariously above the drop zone.
And whilst this would go against the supposed mantra of the board wanting the odd promotion for their new boss, if he can replicate the instant success that he had in South Wales, then who knows what he might be able to bring to the table in the Championship?
But, as will probably be the case with most managers linked with the job, the fanbase seemed split when it came to the prospect of the Dane taking the position.
All day long, yes.

Absolutely, we need some exciting football now at the blues, after years of desperate styles which has had an effect on what used to be a tremendous and famous atmosphere.
