Birmingham midfielder Kemy Agustien is ready to start his Blues career in the game against Barnsley this coming Saturday.

A hernia problem has kept the 22 year old out of action since joining from AZ Alkmaar on a season long loan.

But he played 45 minutes of the reserve win over Crewe nd now he is hoping to get the nod for Saturday`s championship game.

Agustien told the Birmingham Mail: ‘If I can make some minutes on Saturday that would be nice, but you also have to be honest.

‘It (the game against Crewe) was my first game in the reserve team, and you never know how this level compares to the Championship.

‘I think I can fit in though. You have to be self-confident, and I have that.’
